RieLes Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager Contract (Key Personnel) who is interested in working in the Falls Church, VA (Hybrid/Telework Eligible). The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) plays a critical role in maximizing opportunities for small businesses to participate in DHA acquisitions. To support this mission, we are seeking qualified professionals to join our Program Support Services team. These positions span program management, business analysis, administrative, communications, and technical support functions. This is a non-personal services contract. The Government does not supervise or control contractor employees. Staff are accountable to the Contractor for performance and deliverables. Program Manager Contract (Key Personnel) Location: Falls Church, VA (DHA Headquarters) - Hybrid/Telework Eligible 7700 Arlington Boulevard, Suite 5101, Falls Church, VA 22042 Clearance: Ability to obtain/maintain background investigation (SF-85/86) Type: Full-Time Contract About the Role: The Program Manager Contract will provide leadership, direction, and oversight for the contract supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). As Key Personnel, this position ensures delivery of all program support services, supervises the contractor team, and serves as the primary point of contact with DHA leadership Responsibilities: Oversee execution of all contract requirements across business analysis, outreach, communications, and admin support Lead onboarding, training, and staffing management Serve as liaison between contractor staff and DHA OSBP stakeholders Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and Small Business Act requirements Track deliverables, prepare progress reports, and oversee transition plans Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years' experience managing federal contracts/programs Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of small business contracting programs, subcontracting goals, and mentor-protg programs Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance Additional Information Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm EST (excluding federal holidays) Travel: May be required within the National Capital Region (NCR) for meetings, training, and events Starts with a 12-month/Base year contract with four (4) option years Please send me your most updated resume to mcastillo@
