$60.00-$70.00/hr Job Description: Plan, coordinate, and manage non-IT projects in fields such as engineering, research and development, financial systems, product rollout, and more to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans and oversee the integration of technical activities
Present proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders
Recruit, assign, and evaluate team members while maintaining staff competence
Analyze resource needs, technology, and market demands to assess project feasibility
Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to finalize specifications and procedures
Review and approve contracts and cost estimates
Requirements: Must-Haves: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
PMI or PMP certification
57 years of experience as a Project Manager (Non-IT)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and efficiency methods
Understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
Proficiency with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio
Nice-to-Haves: Experience managing large cross-functional teams
Exposure to multiple industries such as manufacturing, R&D, or finance
Knowledge of change management practices
