C# Developer
Work Directly with Stakeholders at a $70B Hedge Fund up to $150/hour Are you a software developer ready to bring your skills to one of the most respected names in global finance? This opportunity is with a leading hedge fund one of the longest-running firms in the industry boasting a decades-long track record of consistent success and managing over $70 billion in assets. In this position, youll serve as a bridge between technology and the firms middle-office teams, working closely with professionals in treasury and operations. Youll be deeply involved in building solutions that streamline the entire post-trade process, from execution through lifecycle management. What sets this role apart is the direct engagement with stakeholdersidentifying their challenges and then designing and delivering the technology to solve them. The role involves working across the full stack, primarily using C# and .NET, along with extensive use of SQL and strong relational database design principles. Familiarity with financial concepts is important, as your work will directly impact the operations of one of the top-performing funds in the world. This is a 12-month contract with the potential for yearly renewal, requiring a hybrid schedule of at least three days per week onsite in Midtown Manhattan. Responsibilities Bridge between technology and the firms middle-office teams (treasury and operations), collaborating with stakeholders to identify challenges and design and deliver technology to streamline the post-trade process from execution to lifecycle management. Develop solutions across the full stack (primarily C# and .NET) with extensive SQL usage and strong relational database design.
Qualifications
Experience with C# and .NET across the full stack. Strong SQL skills and relational database design principles. Familiarity with financial concepts and their impact on operations within a large asset-management environment. Proven ability to engage with stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into technology solutions. Ability to work on a hybrid basis, onsite in Midtown Manhattan at least three days per week. Contract position with a 12-month term and potential for renewal.
