As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and performing minor touch-up work on furniture to ensure it meets our high quality and prep standards. **NOW OFFERING ON-DEMAND PAY** Pay: $17.50 per hour Our company offers exceptional benefits, including: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunity for advancement Medical, Dental, Vision, & Retirement Benefits Employee Purchase Discounts of 30% or more Key Responsibilities: Inspect and complete minor repairs and touch-ups to furniture, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Restore products to like-new condition using various refinishing techniques, including toners, highlights, or glazes. Assist with the preparation of furniture to meet delivery standards. Apply lacquers or other sealers as needed. Clean and polish furniture to enhance its appearance. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: High School Diploma is required. 1 year of experience with hand and power tools. Preferred: 1 year of furniture product knowledge. Strong attention to detail is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Driver's License is required. A satisfactory Criminal Record Check is required. Some exposure to solvents may occur. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25-100 lbs, and assist with objects over 101 lbs. Capable of performing tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movements. Able to conduct physical work in various temperature conditions. Must be capable of using various equipment and tools. Visual acuity for reading reports, viewing computer screens, etc., is necessary. Work environments may include office spaces, warehouses, and occasionally construction/remodel sites.
