Embedded C/C++ Developer - Build & Release Engineer

We are seeking a self-reliant Build & Release Engineer to support a 30-member Embedded C/C++ Software development team.

Required Experience:

Managing existing Clearcase infrastructure (minimum 5 years)

Supporting embedded C/C++ development on Linux and Windows

Developing build infrastructure using make files

Experience with tools such as Coverity Static Analysis, Coverity Test Advisor, Team City/Jenkins

Scripting skills in Bash, Python, Perl

Basic troubleshooting of build & development tools in embedded C/C++ environments

Migrating and managing GIT/Perforce infrastructure

Experience migrating Clearcase to Perforce/GIT

Familiarity with YOCTO build system (plus)

Integrating tools like Code Collaborator with Git or Perforce

Learning new SCM and development tools such as Jenkins, Gerrit, Code Collaborator

Training team members on build & development infrastructure

Supporting a 30-member Embedded C/C++ team

Working in a high-paced SCRUM/Agile environment

Collaborating with a global SCM team

Additional Desired Skills (Not Required):

Configuring and maintaining developer workstations

Configuring and building servers, including VMware

Knowledge of desktop administration (NIS, LDAP, Samba, disk utilization)
