Immigration Attorney
to join their legal team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on immigration law. Candidates with experience in family law, workers compensation, securities law, environmental law, and tribal law will be well-suited for this role. The firm is committed to delivering exceptional client service and seeks a candidate who can provide sound legal advice, handle litigation, and maintain high standards of legal documentation and client advocacy. Location: Duties: Provide legal counsel on immigration and related legal issues (e.g., adjustment of status, citizenship, naturalization) Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings Conduct legal research to support case strategies Maintain accurate case files and client records Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies Stay current on legal developments affecting client cases Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience with immigration law matters (e.g., USCIS applications) Proven litigation experience with successful outcomes Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Certifications: Admission to a state bar association Valid license to practice law in California Skills: Legal drafting and writing Litigation and courtroom advocacy Analytical thinking and attention to detail
