Your Responsibilities: As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping residents achieve their highest potential. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans

to help residents achieve their goals, regain independence, and improve their daily living skills. Assessing progress and adjusting therapy

as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team

to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses all aspects of a resident's well-being. Educating and empowering residents and their families

to support ongoing recovery and encourage active participation in the therapeutic process. What We're Looking For: We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who has:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license
