Schedule: Weekdays
Wage: $45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Responsibilities
Develop a specialized treatment plan to help patients achieve as much recovery as possible through exercise, prosthetic and orthotic devices.
Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisors and team members; instruct families or nursing staff in follow‑through programs.
Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Current and unrestricted OT license in the state where services are rendered.
Current CPR certification.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
