to drive digital transformation and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop end-to-end

enterprise architecture

solutions & High-Level Designs (L3 documentation) in line with NorthStar Architecture for new product launches (both Wireless & Wireline, as applicable) across multiple technology stacks, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Develop and Deliver Detailed Design including system integration points, data stores/interfaces, & API specifications aligned with GTS technical road map. Provide architectural guidance on

cloud-native, microservices, and API-driven

solutions tailored for telecom industry use cases. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions. Lead full-stack development efforts, integrating front-end, back-end, and middleware technologies to create seamless digital experiences. Define best practices and governance models for software development, system integrations, and enterprise solutions. Drive modernization initiatives, including

legacy system migration

to cloud-based or microservices architectures. Optimize

telecom-specific solutions

such as billing, customer experience, and service fulfillment systems. Provide hands-on technical leadership in application architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and performance optimization. Evaluate and implement

Pega (BPM/Case Management)

and/or

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

for workflow automation, decisioning, and digital experience management. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and data governance policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience

in

full-stack development, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture

within the

telecom industry . Expertise in

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

and modern development frameworks. Proficiency in

Java, .NET, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), Python, or other relevant technologies . Strong experience in designing and implementing

microservices, API gateways, and event-driven architectures . Working knowledge of

telecom BSS/OSS systems , network integrations, and real-time data processing. Experience in

CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) . Familiarity with

data architecture, analytics, and AI/ML integration

is a plus. Bonus : Experience in

Pega (Decisioning, Case Management, Workflow Automation)

and/or

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for digital content and experience management . Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage business stakeholders and development teams.
