About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilledQAD Business Analystwith a strong background inmanufacturing operations and ERP systemsto join our clients Aerospace division. This role will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and IT, helping to bridge functional requirements with technical solutions across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT for QAD ERP-related initiatives.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to manufacturing, quality, and ERP processes.Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and configuration.Support ongoing QAD ERP projects, enhancements, and production support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and MES departments.Assist in the standardization and consolidation of legacy systems into modern ERP solutions.Provide support for Power BI reporting and data analysis as needed.Participate in strategic planning for future ERP migrations and tool evaluations.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment.Strong hands-on experience withQAD ERP(functional focus).Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP workflows.Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work PST hours and occasionally travel to California sites.U.S. Citizenship requireddue to ITAR/export control compliance.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with .NET-based custom applications and integrations with QAD.Familiarity with Power BI and data warehouse concepts.Exposure to Oracle EBS R12 or other ERP systems is a plus.Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments.EEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
