Senior Family Law Associate Attorney
to join its Seattle office. This position offers a hybrid-remote work environment, requiring residency in Washington State for in-person client meetings and court appearances. The role provides a balanced workload, advanced resources, and a $25,000 signing bonus. Ideal candidates value autonomy, have litigation experience, and prefer a client-centered, collaborative practice.

Duties
Manage a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, and support issues.
Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and settlement agreements.
Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions.
Maintain direct contact with clients throughout cases.
Develop and implement case strategies with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with legal staff and colleagues in a team environment.
Requirements
At least 4 years of family law experience.
Interest in transitioning from litigation to family law.
Strong skills in case strategy, litigation, and client management.
Proven success in high-pressure legal settings.
Residency in Washington State for in-person obligations.
Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications Active and in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
Skills
Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage complex caseloads independently.
High attention to detail and organization.
Empathy and professionalism for sensitive family matters.
Familiarity with legal technology and remote tools.
