We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: Good knowledge of Salesforce Service, PRM, and Sales Cloud, including SFA and Data Migration testing. Strong understanding of Organization Administration, Customization, Data Loader, Reports, Dashboards, Workflow, and Approvals. Extensive experience with Salesforce.com Standard and Custom Objects. Solid knowledge of software QA processes and testing methodologies, familiar with traditional, CI/CD, and Agile approaches. Proficiency in API testing using web services. Preferred skills include Custom Integration of Outbound Messages, Reports, Custom Objects and Tabs, Email Services, Security Controls, AppExchange Packages, Custom Applications, and Sandbox data loading. Hands-on experience with Sales and Service modules, Data Loader, Regression Testing, Impact Analysis, Assignment Rules, Case Routing Rules, and SLA management.
