Technical Skills: Experience in customization and implementation of ServiceNow applications/modules. Hands-on experience with various IT services of ServiceNow, such as Service Catalog Requests, Asset Management, Configuration Management, ServiceNow Administration, Incident and Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Reporting. Exposure to various integrations with ServiceNow (LDAP, ODBC, Web Services). Sound knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, LANDesk, and SCCM. Proficient in coding Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI pages, workflow design, and UI Macros. Good knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management Services, including Business Services and Configuration Item relationships. Proficient with JavaScript and ServiceNow tools. Experience in gathering requirements and performing impact analysis across ServiceNow modules. Experience working with offshore teams and in onsite-offshore engagement models. Experience with project communication management and status reporting. Experience in stakeholder management and coordination.
