Coverage Needed

• Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete
• Schedule: In clinic 8a-5p, in hospital call coverage 24-hour shift

• Practice Setting: Clinic, Call, and Hospital
• Other OB/GYNs Providing Coverage: Yes, 2 providers and shared call with the Center for Family Health
• Number of APPs Providing Coverage: 2.5 FTE in the clinic
• Number of Exam Rooms: 10
• Onsite Lab & Ultrasound: Yes
• Support Staff: RNs for intake, MAs, CSR (front desk support)
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Trauma Level: 2
• Required Procedures:
  • Low Risk Pregnancy (e.g., History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis)
  • High Risk Pregnancy (e.g., Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease)
  • Routine Delivery - Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section
  • Complicated Delivery - C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions
  • VBAC's
  • Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
  • Office/Minor Gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP
  • Surgical Gynecology - Open

Requirements

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• MI License - REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
