Pay rate:

• Hourly: Negotiable
  
• Nightly Call: Negotiable
  
• On Call (Daily): $4500/day - to include 6 gratis hours
  
• Call Back: Negotiable

Shift(s) Description:

• In clinic 8a-5p,
• In hospital call coverage 24 hour shift

Details:

• Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
• Will Other OB/GYNs Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: Yes-2 physician and then share call with the Center for Family Health
• How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 2.5 FTE in the clinic
• Number of Exam Rooms: 10
• Onsite Lab & Utrasound: YES
• Support Staff: RNs for intake, MAs, CSR (front desk support).
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Trauma Level 2

Required Procedures:

• Low Risk Pregnancy (i.e. History of Twins, Toxemia, Pyelonephritis, etc.)
• High Risk Pregnancy (i.e. with Toxemia, Diabetes, Class II or Higher Cardiacs, Chronic Lung Problems, Chronic Renal Disease, etc.

Labor and Delivery Required Procedures:

• Routine Delivery Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section
• Complicated Delivery C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc.
• VBAC s
• Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations

Gynecology Required Procedures:

• Office/Minor Gynecology IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
• Surgical Gynecology Open

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• MI License - REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
