Requirements:

• Certifications:
  • Required: ACLS, BLS
• Experience:
  • ICU experience required
  • Preferred: Meditech 6.0 EMR experience
• Floating: Must be willing to float to Med Surg if needed
• Vaccination: Flu vaccine mandatory (no exceptions)

Additional Info:

• RTO Policy:
  • No more than 3 days off (RTO) may be requested during the contract
• Cancellation Clause:
  • Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment
  • Guaranteed hours do not apply to canceled shifts
• 100-Mile Radius Rule:
  • Travelers must live 100+ miles from the facility (no local candidates)
