Advanced Personnel Resources is excited to partner with a respected local bank to find a dynamic, community-focused Branch Manager (Banking) . This is a direct hire opportunity for a driven leader who is passionate about serving clients, developing business relationships, and mentoring a high-performing team.

Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Drive branch growth by achieving loan, deposit, and referral goals.
- Build strong community connections and develop centers of influence to generate new business.
- Represent the bank by participating in community organizations and local events.
- Lead branch outreach efforts and coach team members to contribute effectively.
- Ensure branch profitability through strategic growth in loans and deposits, effective expense management, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Provide hands-on leadership, training, coaching, and supervision to the branch team.
- Create and foster a strong sales and service culture aligned with the bank's core values.
- Conduct regular team meetings focused on sales, service, and product knowledge.
- Maintain strict adherence to Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations, as well as internal policies.
- Complete all required annual compliance training.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- At least 3 years of lending experience.
- Team leadership experience required; prior experience as an Assistant Branch Manager strongly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of bank operations, products, services, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
