Advanced Personnel Resources is excited to partner with a respected local bank to find a dynamic, community-focused Branch Manager (Banking) . This is a direct hire opportunity for a driven leader who is passionate about serving clients, developing business relationships, and mentoring a high-performing team.

Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:

  • Drive branch growth by achieving loan, deposit, and referral goals.
  • Build strong community connections and develop centers of influence to generate new business.
  • Represent the bank by participating in community organizations and local events.
  • Lead branch outreach efforts and coach team members to contribute effectively.
Leadership:
  • Ensure branch profitability through strategic growth in loans and deposits, effective expense management, and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, training, coaching, and supervision to the branch team.
  • Create and foster a strong sales and service culture aligned with the bank's core values.
  • Conduct regular team meetings focused on sales, service, and product knowledge.
Compliance:
  • Maintain strict adherence to Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations, as well as internal policies.
  • Complete all required annual compliance training.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services.
  • At least 3 years of lending experience.
  • Team leadership experience required; prior experience as an Assistant Branch Manager strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of bank operations, products, services, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
