As the ERP Program Director, you will define and drive program governance, lead a team of project managers, and coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver a seamless ERP deployment. You will establish program management standards, ensure project deliverables meet KPIs, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. A proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-wide ERP programs—preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud—in a global, fast-paced environment is required. Key Activities & Responsibilities

ERP Program Governance — Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including steering committees, reporting structures, and decision-making protocols; ensure alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives. Project Portfolio Oversight — Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support; prioritize projects based on business impact, resource availability, and risk. Team Leadership and Development — Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and cross-functional team members; foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement — Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business units, and implementation partners; facilitate regular communication and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment. Risk and Change Management — Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues; lead change management efforts to ensure user adoption and minimize disruption. Performance Monitoring and Reporting — Define and track KPIs to measure project and program success; conduct regular reviews and post-implementation assessments to capture lessons learned. Vendor and Partner Coordination — Manage relationships with ERP vendors and consulting partners to ensure delivery quality and contractual compliance. Budget and Resource Management — Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control. Qualifications & Experience

Professional Experience — 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, with at least 5 years in ERP leadership roles; proven track record of leading global ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP; experience managing large-scale, cross-functional teams (100+ resources); demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships and third-party implementation partners. Technical & Functional Skills — Deep understanding of ERP systems, business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing), and integration points; proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Project Insight, Microsoft Project, Jira); familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies. Leadership & Communication — Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels; skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management; ability to drive strategic initiatives while managing tactical execution. Certifications (Preferred but not required) — PMP, PgMP, Prosci or other Change Management certification, Oracle Cloud ERP certification. Supervisory & Leadership Expectations Required, managing 4 to 5 direct reports as well as coordinating project tasks with the extended project team of 100 resources (internal and external).
