Our Talent Acquisition & Enablement team focuses on finding individuals who embody our values and are passionate about helping UpGuard grow. Where does this role fit in? As a Senior Talent Partner, you will recruit for our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams across the US & EMEA. You’ll partner with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand hiring needs, build sourcing strategies, and hire top-tier talent to shape the company’s future. This is a hands-on role managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding. Responsibilities
Own the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. Partner with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements and develop effective interview processes. Proactively source passive candidates through diverse channels to build robust, diverse talent pipelines. Use data and metrics to inform recruiting strategy, provide market insights, and continuously improve hiring processes. Champion an exceptional candidate experience with timely, transparent communication. Maintain data hygiene in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Collaborate with the People team on employer branding, onboarding, and improving the workplace experience. Drive AI-powered recruiting by leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency and focus on strategic initiatives. Qualifications
Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or technology company. Deep expertise in Go-to-Market recruiting, including Sales (Account Executives, SDRs), Customer Success, and Marketing. Strong outbound sourcing skills and a hunter mentality; proficient with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques. Outstanding stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders. Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Collaborative, autonomous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working remotely with core team located elsewhere. Edge
Experience in a company scaling from ~300 to 500+ employees. Proficiency with modern ATS platforms. Cybersecurity knowledge and experience. What\'s in it for you?
