10+ years of experience, including 5+ years managing client-facing implementation or services teams. Proven track record of improving delivery KPIs and driving process transformation. Strong cross-functional leadership, especially between commercial, product, and technical teams. Experience with APIs, data systems, and tools for customer onboarding or regtech use cases.
