Overview Associate Director, Global Business Svcs Tech Enablement Strategy. KPMG is seeking to join our Business Process organization to lead technology enablement and intelligent operations strategy within Global Business Services (GBS).

Apply advanced knowledge of technology and systems to shape the future state organization by developing and deploying the organization's technology enablement and intelligent operations strategy; build and execute a strategic roadmap to modernize GBS's digital tools and internal genAI use cases, ensuring automation and generative AI are leveraged across GBS Provide direction throughout deployment of the strategic roadmap, including gathering requirements, building deployment roadmaps, overseeing go-lives, and identifying and prioritizing enhancements; work autonomously, leading programs, projects or processes with minimal supervision; independently make decisions and navigate complex situations requiring leadership input Lead internationally located development teams to ensure alignment on solution designs, timelines, and quality expectations; facilitate conflict resolution and establish prioritization roadmaps for AI-driven solutions Formulate and govern standards and controls to measure quality, timeliness, and safe deployment of developments; oversee handover to BAU support teams Partner with delivery centers and other innovation teams to learn best practices, leverage existing solutions, and stay abreast of emerging technologies; foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing across cross-functional initiatives Collaborate with groups across KPMG to identify client zero opportunities and support deployment; develop case studies and materials to showcase GBS innovations; coach and mentor junior staff, review work product, and contribute to planning for short-term resource needs Qualifications
Minimum eight years of experience with automation, artificial intelligence, and enterprise technology implementations, or more than five years in consulting and complex transformation projects leveraging tools and automation (Fortune 500 experience preferred); experience in technology implementation, automation, and AI in a GBS or similar environment Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Proven ability to work effectively with global teams; experience managing resources in captive environments and/or outsourcing environments, and in consulting services or BPO Strong project and program management skills with the ability to make informed decisions impacting the GBS organization; expertise in organizational change and communication; ability to innovate and develop technology and process solutions Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills Ability to set goals, participate in strategic initiatives for a team, develop resource plans, and influence organizational priorities Equal Employment Opportunity
