We\'re on the hunt for an experienced, forward-thinking
Head of Player Marketing
to take our player engagement to the next level. This role isn’t just about sending emails — it\'s about building an automated, AI-enhanced engagement machine that drives loyalty, retention, and satisfaction across every player touchpoint You’ll lead the charge in shaping how we speak to players, using smart segmentation, automation, and personalisation to create meaningful connections at scale. Own the Marketing/CRM Strategy Build and execute a powerful CRM and player communications strategy focused on lifecycle management, reactivation, retention, and LTV growth Use AI and automation tools to scale personalised communication. Automate repetitive tasks and build smart workflows that allow your team to focus on what matters most Lead with Words Write (and oversee) copy that connects. Whether it’s an email, push notification, or in-app message - you know how to make it relevant and engaging Launch & Learn Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, then track, test, optimise, and repeat. Every interaction is a chance to learn more and do better Work Cross-Functionally Collaborate with product, support, marketing, and data teams to ensure CRM efforts align with the broader player experience and brand tone Build & Manage a Rockstar Team Lead a small but mighty team of CRM specialists and copywriters. Create a high-performance culture focused on experimentation, impact, and iteration What we’re looking for Proven Marketing & CRM Expertise You’ve done this before, ideally in iGaming or a fast-paced B2C digital environment Tech-Savvy & Automation-Oriented You’re comfortable using AI and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make, ChatGPT, etc.) to supercharge your workflows and campaigns You can zoom out and think strategy, but you’re also not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the details Strong writing skills and a love for storytelling that drives acti Analytically Sharp You don’t just run campaigns - you understand what worked, what didn’t, and why You know how to inspire and get the best out of a creative, high-output team Bonus Points If You Have experience in the iGaming space Have built or scaled Marketing & CRM programs using tools like Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar Have implemented automation workflows with tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, or custom scripts Have leveraged segmentation and data integration solutions like Twilio Segment to enhance personalisation Seniority level
