Lead as the Project Manager and Technical Lead, planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects with high technical complexity from concept through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning. Manage projects of various types, including pipelines, pump stations, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and green stormwater infrastructure. Lead a multidiscipline team to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets. Support business development by nurturing relationships and identifying opportunities to expand Jacobs Hawaii’s service to clients and communities. Mentor and coach early and mid-career engineers and designers; be mentored by senior staff. Collaborate to develop skills locally and across Jacobs’ global organization with opportunities to share knowledge. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct management of project teams Professional Engineer (P.E.) license Proven experience in planning and designing small to large projects Preferred qualifications
Proven experience managing teams of design, scientific, and technology professionals Strong network with local municipalities, private utilities, and other water/wastewater, conveyance, and water resources clients Active in a professional organization Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Employment terms
