Talent Attraction Specialist with LHH Recruitment Solutions Looking for a Customer Service Lead to take charge of day-to-day customer operations, support a small team, and act as a key liaison between our clients and sales organization. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who’s ready to lead from the front, make fast, confident decisions, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our company’s high standards. Responsibilities

Lead & Support the Team: Oversee and guide a small team of 2 Customer Service Representatives, offering mentorship, troubleshooting support, and daily direction Manage Customer Accounts: Serve as a primary point of contact for key customer accounts — handling inquiries, tracking issues, and ensuring follow-through Decision-Making & Problem Solving: Empower the team by helping them make informed, customer-first decisions in real time Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Reps to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and effectively Improve Processes: Spot inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and help implement systems that enhance service and team performance Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or operations Proven ability to take ownership and lead by example Excellent communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude Experience with CRMs, order tracking tools, or customer service platforms Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and other departments Calm under pressure and confident in making decisions Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $25–$28/hour, based on experience Supportive, fast-paced team environment Gain exposure to both customer operations and sales strategy Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
