Talent Attraction Specialist with LHH Recruitment Solutions
Looking for a Customer Service Lead to take charge of day-to-day customer operations, support a small team, and act as a key liaison between our clients and sales organization. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who’s ready to lead from the front, make fast, confident decisions, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our company’s high standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Support the Team: Oversee and guide a small team of 2 Customer Service Representatives, offering mentorship, troubleshooting support, and daily direction
- Manage Customer Accounts: Serve as a primary point of contact for key customer accounts — handling inquiries, tracking issues, and ensuring follow-through
- Decision-Making & Problem Solving: Empower the team by helping them make informed, customer-first decisions in real time
- Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with Account Managers and Sales Reps to ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and effectively
- Improve Processes: Spot inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and help implement systems that enhance service and team performance
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or operations
- Proven ability to take ownership and lead by example
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience with CRMs, order tracking tools, or customer service platforms
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and other departments
- Calm under pressure and confident in making decisions
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $25–$28/hour, based on experience
