Job Summary Sun Pharma is seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and collaborative Senior Manager, Market Access Contracts to lead the development, negotiation, and execution of Brand Commercial Contracts with key market access stakeholders—including PBMs, health plans, wholesalers, GPOs, IDNs and trade partners. This position is critical in ensuring contractual alignment with pricing strategies, formulary access goals, and overall revenue performance across the Sun Pharma portfolio. The role serves as a key liaison between the Market Access, Legal, Pricing, Trade, and Government Pricing teams to ensure accurate and compliant contract execution, while also managing contract lifecycle activities from offer through implementation and renewal. Responsibilities Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of contracts across Commercial, Medicare Part D, Managed Medicaid, and Trade channels. Translate market access strategies into contractual terms that reflect appropriate rebate structures and performance metrics. Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all agreements meet regulatory and company standards. Partner with Pricing, Finance, and Account Management to align contract terms with gross-to-net expectations and access goals. Ensure accurate tracking of all active contracts, amendments, term sheets, and LOIs using appropriate contract management systems. Support contract-related analytics, including deal modeling, risk assessment, and impact analysis for current and pipeline products. Negotiate and manage data use agreements with ASCOs and Specialty Pharmacies ensuring alignment to business needs and budgets. Lead resolution of contract disputes and operational issues with partners or internal stakeholders. Support audits, due diligence, and internal reporting needs as they relate to contracts. Monitor changes in industry regulations and contracting trends to inform internal strategy and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. JD, MBA, or related advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of business experience preferably in Contracts, Pricing or Market Access including 7+ years of experience in contract generation and drafting. Understanding of payer and channel contracting (PBM, plan, Medicare/Medicaid, Trade). Strong knowledge of rebate structures, formulary positioning, utilization management, and performance-based contracts. Experience with contract management tools (e.g., Vistex, Model N, Revitas, Conga). Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deadlines in a matrixed organization. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Proven ability to lead negotiations and collaborate cross-functionally. The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $121,000 to $148,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. This position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
