Manage all phases of commercial construction projects (strip centers, offices, warehouses, restaurants, gas stations). Lead ground-up builds, site development, and tenant interior build-outs. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Oversee permitting, inspections, and code compliance with architects, engineers, and municipalities. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams. Lead jobsite safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance. Conduct weekly progress meetings and generate status reports. Negotiate change orders and contracts with subcontractors/vendors. Provide leadership and mentorship to superintendents and field staff. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and maintain schedule accountability. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years\' experience in commercial construction project management. Proven ability to lead field operations and project teams. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, permitting, and site coordination. Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction schedules. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; construction software experience a plus. High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction or engineering a plus. Must be self-motivated, dependable, and committed to long-term success with our team. Benefits
