Position summary The Senior Vice President of Finance (SVP) is the leader of the Finance & Accounting team for 4 global entities, 4 active Special Purpose Entities (SPEs), and 1 Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WFOE). This role synchronizes multi-layered tax and profit strategies to optimize stakeholder returns and strengthen financial and capital position. The SVP directs all domestic and international accounting activities related to budgeting, treasury, AP/AR, tax compliance, payroll, financial reporting and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processing. Responsibilities

Reports to EVP of Strategy to provide over-arching leadership of global finance and accounting activities Provide guidance on organizational structure to optimize profitability and tax strategies Manage foreign legal entities, foreign bank accounts, inter-company transactions (including transfer pricing) for consolidation with the US entity Drive multi-entity cash forecasting, line of credit utilization and covenant compliance Serve as an inspirational change-maker, guiding executive committee with poise on financial and profit-impacting strategies Lead domestic preparation for inaugural audited financial statements (2025-2026) and explore conversion from S-Corp to C-Corp with CPA/outside consultants Oversee accuracy of multi-entity day-to-day activities: accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable and collections, payroll, perpetual inventory, fixed assets Lead monthly reporting for owners and banks and consolidated financial statements for domestic and international entities Oversee month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, tax reporting, inter-company billing/receiving, and profit analysis Enforce internal controls and separation of duties Maintain relationships with auditors, tax advisers, vendors, insurers, and bankers Interface with external CPA firm and international consultants for tax compliance and filings Provide counsel and feedback to management to enhance financial acumen and performance Hire, train, and develop team members; manage performance and coaching Support enterprise-wide opportunities and process improvements Maintain records of team achievements and development opportunities Process and approve payroll for core team members Promote FOH culture through leadership and action Education, Experience & Computer Skills

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field MBA or CPA designation required Minimum 10+ years’ experience in global, multi-national accounting and finance Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a senior leadership/managerial role Proficiency in GAAP and IFRS Proficient with Microsoft applications; advanced Excel skills Proficiency with ERP systems; SAP Business One strongly preferred Experience with ADP, Concur, Datarails and Avalara (or similar) Skills Needed for Success
