Overview Senior Product Manager 2 at The Farmer's Dog. The Farmer’s Dog is building a personalized subscription service for dog food to improve pet health and customer experience. You will define capability and feature improvements to launch new products, synthesize data, understand product positioning, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features that improve acquisition and retention.

Design and deliver end-to-end experiences by deeply understanding the customer journey—from pre-checkout interactions through long-term subscriber engagement. Lead cross-functional collaboration to align teams around shared goals and drive product initiatives. Own, drive, and influence feature development within engineering and partner teams to deliver impactful functionality. Partner with product development, supply chain, operations, product design, engineering, data analytics, data science, leadership, and other stakeholders to negotiate priorities and ensure alignment. Lead ideation, development, testing, and launch of experiences that improve retention of new and existing customers. Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to understand the customer journey and develop hypotheses for experimentation. Conduct customer interviews, concept testing, and usability testing with the product design group. Ensure a cohesive experience across all digital and physical products for customers. Advocate for your team and represent customer needs throughout product development. Qualifications

Demonstrated measurable impact in product management, ideally in eCommerce; bonus for experience with physical x digital products, operations or startup experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; proactive self-starter with strong curiosity. Ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and attention to detail. Experience deriving insights from data and supporting retention, personalization, and digital product efforts. Track record of distilling insights to define features that improve customer experience, connecting physical world behaviors to retention. Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for decision-making. Customer-centric mindset with experience collaborating with design, engineering, brand, and operations. Belief that PMs work for the team; comfort with dogs is a plus. Benefits
