Overview Mid-level Trademark Associate Attorney – Seattle

Our client is a top firm seeking a trademark associate with 2–5 years of experience for its Trademark Practice in Seattle. The firm will consider candidates who are interested in relocating to Seattle and will compensate for relocation. The firm works on a hybrid schedule with a requirement of two days per week in the office. The salary range for this position is between $200,000 to $240,000, depending on experience. Qualifications
2–5 years of trademark prosecution and enforcement experience within a law firm or in-house. Experience in trademark clearance, counseling, and portfolio management. Some experience with copyright and domain name matters is preferred. Experience with TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings is preferred. Excellent writing and interpersonal skills; team focused. Strong academic credentials with excellent research capabilities. Admission to practice law within a U.S. jurisdiction. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
