Focus on development of new business Managing the full sales cycle as well as building relationships with clients at all levels Responsible for looking after the assigned region, negotiating contracts, and closing sales Responsible for managing a team of Sales Managers, assisting with training and development Generation of a portfolio of clients who charter on private jets Cold-calling/emailing/meeting new potential clients Client relationship management Procuring a suitable option for the customer Achievement of revenue targets Plan

Maintain and expand business in the assigned areas Negotiate agreements and resolve potential issues with clients Expand existing customer base by recognizing and involving top tour operators and agencies within the area Create awareness of the products and services to magnify market influence and generate future sales Develop sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction Prepare sales activities reports such as Sales performance report Produce time recording reports Profile

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Private Aviation Minimum 3 years based within the region Experience managing a team of Sales specialists Experience in Charter Sales (Brokerage and/or Operator)
