Overview The Citi Controls – End User Computing (EUC) Governance team is responsible for the development of consistent principles and standards to govern and manage End User Computing (EUC) and IT enable and IT Enabled Smart Solutions (ITeSS). The team partners with the businesses and functions to drive continuous development of enterprise-wide guiding principles, policies, and processes, and develop a consistent approach and practices. The team also measures policy adherence and remedial actions, and drives the progress of the EUC program. This role will support the development, implementation and production of EUC and ITeSS Metrics relating to EUC Policy and standard adherence. This is a global role that supports cross-functional stakeholders across Businesses, Functions, Technology, Internal Audit and Compliance to ensure effective EUC and ITeSS metrics and reporting.

Responsible for change, production, and analysis of EUC and ITeSS metrics to be consumed by Management and Regulators Collaborate with senior stakeholders across businesses and functions to understand processes and help define reporting metrics and measurements Ensure adherence with policies and milestone timelines for data gathering, data quality checks, metrics development and assembly of reporting dashboards to deliver on-time TPO deliverables Maintain and develop documentation for all metrics and reporting processes Assist management in establishing tangible KPIs, reporting metrics and measurements Prepare clear, concise documentation/analysis of reported metrics and facilitate ad hoc requests Provide program visibility, action planning, and issue management of EUC & ITeSS regulatory and management control initiatives across the Firm Partner with Governance, Tooling, Training, Communications, Quality Assurance, Transformation, and Reporting teams to identify areas for improvement including automated reporting dashboards Prepare and present recurring updates for executive management and relevant sectors, tracking progress and issues across business, technology, and senior management to identify risks Lead and support development of EUC communications on key risk and control topics and initiatives Other duties as assigned Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience Ability to work with geographically dispersed multi-disciplinary teams Strong investigative and analytical skills for EUC solution identification, implementation, and remediation; durable process design Expertise in data query, data analytics, and data visualization Advanced experience using MS Excel and data integration tools; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy Working knowledge of Citi’s EUC Policy, EUC Governance Programs and business operations is a plus Collaborative mindset with ability to constructively challenge status quo General understanding of banking regulation and supervisory expectations for large financial institutions Strong communication (written and oral), reporting, presentation and influencing skills; ability to produce clear senior-management communications Education

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience required Primary Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States Time Type: Full time
