Who You Are As Sr. Director at HighLevel, you are a brand architect who builds emotional resonance and strategic clarity into every experience. You believe that a brand is not just what it looks like, but what it feels like, and you ensure that every interaction—from an event badge to a podcast script—is unmistakably HighLevel. You combine strategic vision, creative intuition, and operational excellence, guiding the brand with purpose to ensure consistency, relevance, and impact across all touchpoints. As a senior leader within the Brand Experiences team, you shape how the world sees, understands, and remembers HighLevel, fueling brand affinity, community connection, and scalable engagement across three strategic areas. What You’ll Be Doing
Architect and Execute Brand Experiences: partner with the Branding team to design unified, high-impact strategies for attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors across global events; oversee immersive in-person and virtual brand experiences that are memorable, emotionally resonant, and on-brand; ensure consistency in storytelling, design, and tone across all touchpoints Lead High-Impact Programs & Teams: lead the Events team in delivering the Annual Summit, SaaSPRENEUR events, Local Meetups, and sponsored activations; guide the BizDev team in executing virtual workshops, 5-Day Challenges, weekly Masterclasses, and a branded podcast; own the end-to-end execution of HighLevel’s flagship event with 1,000+ attendees, 40+ speakers, and 30+ exhibitors; oversee the launch and positioning of the 8-week in-person SaaS Agency Internship Program Drive Operational Excellence: manage budgets, staffing, vendors, and logistics for all experiential programs; define and optimize key metrics including attendance, brand awareness, engagement, and trial conversion; ensure cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Community teams Act as Brand Ambassador: represent HighLevel on stage or virtually as a compelling and credible voice of the brand What You’ll Bring
Passion for crafting immersive experiences that build brand affinity and drive engagement Blend of creative vision and operational rigor across live and virtual activations Willingness to travel approximately 30% to ensure quality execution across 10–15 global events monthly Proven cross-functional leadership across creative, operations, and marketing teams Track record of delivering events and programs that drive trials, growth, and retention Strong communicator with proven skills in project management, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution Experience/Education/Certifications Required
7+ years in experiential marketing, brand strategy, or event leadership, with a track record of scaling global programs Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus) Deep expertise in experience design: content, environment, and technology Why HighLevel?
