5-7+ years enterprise SaaS/software sales into healthcare IDNs, academic medical centers, or health systems Proven hunter mentality with track record of prospecting, developing new business, and exceeding quotas of $500K+ IDN relationships and experience navigating complex healthcare buying processes with long sales cycles Consultative selling approach with ability to engage C-suite, clinical leaders, IT, and procurement stakeholders Healthcare technology background preferred (radiation oncology, radiology, nuclear medicine, healthcare IT) but not required Territory builder mindset, comfortable working independently to establish market presence from the ground up Strong cultural fit for startup-like environment with growth trajectory and team-building opportunities Responsibilities
