Join an innovative and rapidly scaling Stealth AI Startup as our Senior Tech Recruiter. You’ll lead full-cycle technical recruiting, partnering closely with founders and engineering leaders as we solve complex, high-impact problems.
What You’ll Do
Own and drive the full recruitment process for engineering, AI/ML, and product roles—from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Collaborate directly with senior leadership to define role requirements and drive hiring strategy.
Source, screen, and engage top technical talent using creative outreach methods and modern recruiting tools.
Manage candidate pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout each interaction.
Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Analyze market and compensation data to guide competitive offers.
Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record as a Tech Recruiter (ideally 5+ years) with experience placing engineers, technical product managers, or AI/ML specialists.
Previous agency, RPO, or in-house recruiting experience at high-growth tech companies/startups is highly preferred.
Deep familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques and a wide variety of recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
Ability to operate independently, lead senior conversations, and build strong internal and external partnerships.
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Authentic enthusiasm for technology and AI innovation.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
Competitive base salary up to $220k
