What You’ll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including software engineering, data science, and product management roles.
Partner closely with engineering and product leadership to understand hiring needs and prioritize requisitions.
Use advanced sourcing techniques and recruiting tools to identify, engage, and assess top technical talent.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current and anticipated hiring plans.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Stay informed on market and compensation trends to support competitive offer development.
Collaborate with talent acquisition and hiring managers to improve processes and implement best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience (3+ years) recruiting technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Deep understanding of the tech talent landscape, including software development, AI/ML, and product functions.
Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and technical assessment platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization.
