Position Summary Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and supervision of crew activities. Supervise and coordinate onsite field operations of RK Industries, LLC. and associated sub-contractors and vendors. Provide pertinent information and trade-specific details to the GC in developing the project schedule. Adhere to the project schedule and orchestrate timely project completion within budget. Maintain open communication with project management regarding project budget, productivity, change orders, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Role Responsibilities Practice, promote, and develop mentoring at all trades and manpower levels throughout the company. Document and ensure corrective measures are addressed and implemented. Develop a 'Master Plan' approach for each project. Execute, supervise, and maintain CPMI. Schedule all daily and weekly scope of work activities. Requisition, maintain, and account for tools, materials, and equipment. Monitor progress, performance, and quality of work for all subcontractors and major equipment suppliers. Coordinate jurisdictional inspections and maintain good relationships with inspectors. Review and update Labor Hours / Job Costs Report weekly with project management. Optimize project opportunities through planning, pre-fabrication, CADD, organization, and scheduling, without compromising quality, safety, or deadlines. Assist with schedule preparation and SIP, including logic, resource, and budget allocation, and provide updates as needed. Maintain complete documentation of the project according to RK standards, available for inspection at all times. Provide training, mentoring, coaching, and leadership for field personnel. Participate in company training programs. Ensure accurate cost coding of all time cards daily. Review, sign off, and forward to the corporate office. Ensure efficient project closeout, including punch list completion, owner training, transfer of spare parts, final cleanup, demobilization, and records archiving. Qualifications Proven leadership in a company setting. Responsible for critical programs/functions aligned with company objectives. Negotiation skills for critical issues with top-level employees and officers. Involvement in business strategy development and execution. Ability to make authoritative decisions impacting extensive activities. High creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning and guiding programs. Experience managing individuals, managers, and diverse groups. Extensive relevant experience, 15+ years in the field. Masters or college/university degree or equivalent experience and skills. Minimum Physical Requirements and Accountability Ability to climb, balance, and maintain stability on stairs, ladders, and scaffolds while carrying tools and equipment. Good vision (naturally or with correction). Ability to use arms and hands to handle and install heavy objects and materials. Physical ability to balance, kneel, squat, crouch, bend, lean, stand, walk, climb, dig, backfill, and compact. Ability to lift and carry 21 to 35 lbs. occasionally, and 13 to 21 lbs. frequently, with some force up to 7-10 lbs. constantly.
