Description Position and Responsibilities Practice, promote, and develop mentoring across all trades and manpower levels. Ensure corrective measures are documented and addressed. Develop a Master Plan for projects. Execute, supervise, and maintain CPMI. Schedule daily and weekly scope of work activities. Manage tools, materials, and equipment requisitions. Monitor subcontractors and suppliers work quality and progress. Coordinate inspections and maintain good relationships with inspectors. Review and update labor hours and job costs weekly. Optimize project planning, scheduling, and quality without compromising safety or deadlines. Assist with schedule preparation, resource allocation, and updates. Maintain complete project documentation for inspections and records. Provide training, mentoring, and leadership to field personnel. Ensure accurate cost coding and review of time cards daily. Ensure efficient project closeout including punch list completion and records archiving.
Qualifications
Leadership skills with the ability to manage critical programs and functions. Experience in negotiating and decision-making at top management levels. Active involvement in strategic planning and execution. Creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in managing extensive programs. Ability to manage autonomous individuals and diverse teams. Extensive relevant experience, 15+ years. Masters or college degree, or equivalent experience.
