Perpetuating outdated educational approaches—no monotonous lectures or inflexible curriculum delivery. This isn’t a traditional tutor or teaching assistant position. Focusing solely on academic metrics while neglecting personal development and character growth Restricting learning to conventional tools when innovative technology and creative approaches could unlock greater potential Key Responsibilities Your core mission is making Alpha's vision reality: cultivating limitless thinkers in an environment where curiosity flourishes and learning has no boundaries. You’ll be the catalyst that transforms educational experiences into journeys of discovery and growth. Basic Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any field of study) Exceptional public speaking abilities with proven capacity to captivate and energize diverse audiences Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-8 students Demonstrated experience in coaching or mentoring children in any capacity Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship Commitment to work on-site at our Phoenix, Brownsville, or Nassau campus Availability to participate in our fully-paid training program at our Austin, Texas headquarters About Alpha Alpha School is on a mission to reshape education with a bold approach that harnesses AI to accelerate learning and unleash student potential. Alpha is creating a new paradigm where students master core academics in just two hours a day, freeing up time for hands-on, passion-driven learning that truly prepares them for the real world. Alpha School is rewriting the rules of education. Sounds too good to be true? It’s not. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
