This is an on-site position at our vibrant California campus. We are seeking a self-starter who can define our culture from the ground up at the new Alpha campus in Santa Barbara. This role blends guiding prospective families through enrollment with ensuring campus operations run smoothly, safely, and in a welcoming environment. Alphas K12 private school model uses adaptive technology and expert Guides to deliver personalized, mastery-based education. In this role, youll be the ambassador of this vision for every family you encounter. What You Will Be Doing Orchestrating compelling, conversion-focused family tours that showcase Alpha's three core commitments and build confidence in our educational approach. Crafting and implementing strategic communication plans to guide prospective families through each stage of the admissions process. Implementing and maintaining comprehensive safety protocols that visibly demonstrate our commitment to student security. Managing all facilities-related responsibilities, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor relationships, and oversight of repair projects. Leveraging data analytics to continuously refine both operational systems and enrollment strategies for maximum effectiveness. What You Wont Be Doing Performing monotonous administrative tasks within the confines of a traditional department structure. Operating under constraining micromanagement that limits your creative problem-solving. Wasting time navigating unnecessary bureaucracy that hinders meaningful progress. Processing paperwork in isolation from the students and families who are at the heart of our mission. Customer Support Representative Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional admissions experience while maintaining campus safety and operational excellence, ultimately enabling Alpha to expand its reach and fulfill its educational promise to families. Basic Requirements
Proven track record in educational admissions, community engagement, or customer experience roles. Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal. Strong emotional intelligence paired with self-motivation and independent work ethic. Experience with or willingness to quickly learn school operational procedures. Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. Ability to work on-site at our Santa Barbara, California location. About Alpha
