Overview Sage Intacct Construction Consulting Manager role at RSM US LLP. The candidate will join the Sage Intacct practice to help lead the team and growth, working with construction and real estate clients and leveraging Sage Intacct’s cloud-based technology for process improvement.

Provide proficient knowledge and capabilities in the Sage Intacct Construction suite of applications, including functional configuration, business processes, and technical architecture. Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for the customer and the firm. Deliver demonstrations of Sage Intacct Construction, showcasing its features and benefits to clients and industry professionals. Identify client pains, needs, and requirements, and document in the form of project specifications and deliverables. Manage client engagements and relationships. Lead and/or participate in client sales, demonstrations, and implementations of the Sage Intacct Construction suite. Perform fit/gap analysis, process design, solution design, system testing, UAT support, user adoption training, and go-live activities. Provide day-to-day technical application support for client companies. Balance time between immediate client support, ongoing projects, and practice development/sales activities such as demonstrations and proposals. Work with clients to provide project management, change management, scope management, project status reporting, and communication of issues and risks. Perform dashboard and report design. Pursue additional business development opportunities within clients and collaborate with sales to cover and advance opportunities. Work closely with clients during configuration and migration to new systems. Perform and manage solution integration with Marketplace Partners and other solutions. Manage, mentor, lead, and develop direct reports and project team members. Assist with other project initiatives, including quality control, technology/process optimization, and current client base improvements. Optimize the use of Sage Intacct through: business process evaluation, procedure development, system process flow and requirements, QA planning and testing, documentation of standard operating procedures, user training development and deployment, and production support for quarterly product releases. Provide technical support to end-users to resolve Sage Intacct issues, with escalation as needed within RSM and Sage Intacct support. Perform other duties/projects as required. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; preference in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Construction Science, Operations, Engineering, MIS, IT, or Computer Science. 7+ years of relevant consulting experience. Experience with most of the Sage Intacct Construction suite of applications including Sage Construction Management, Sage Field Operations, Sage Intacct Real Estate, Construction Payroll, Sage Intacct Paperless Construction, Sage BidMatrix, and Sage Estimating. Prior experience with legacy or competing systems such as Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (Timberline), Sage 100 Contractor, Acumatica, Procore, Viewpoint, Epicor, or Deltek. Experience with integrating common third-party solutions such as Procore, HRMS, payroll, and time and expense. Experience with core financials, payroll, inventory, project management (purchasing, estimating, retainage, change orders, job costing, billing), service management, risk management, and real estate management. Preferred Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills, including MS Office. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to travel. Experience in additional industries such as nonprofit, professional services, or financial services is a plus. CCM and CPA credentials are a plus. Location Position open in McLean, VA; Boston, MA; Houston, TX; Denver, CO; New York, NY; Chicago, IL. Compensation and Benefits Compensation Range: $107,000 - $214,500. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
