Pay: Starting at $22/hr DOE Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Administrative & Office Coordinator We’re looking for an Administrative & Office Coordinator to join our team! This is a people facing role with a mix of traditional office administration and hands-on support for recruiting, events, and communications. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors in our open space front office, help keep the office running smoothly, and play a key role in employee engagement, newsletters, and company events.

What you’ll do: Serve as the first point of contact for our daily walk-in visitors, vendors, and applicants. Manage daily office operations including phones, mail, supplies, and vendor coordination. Assist with pre-employment documentation, uniform/apparel orders, and employee communications. Coordinate internal newsletters, social media posts, and branded materials. Help plan and promote employee events, recognition programs, tradeshows, and recruiting events. Review approval requests (via DocuSign), adhere to, and understand budget maintenance process/procedure Provide administrative support for leadership meetings. Ownership of any assigned tasks by any of our company departments.

Requirements What we’re looking for: Bilingual proficiency- Spanish/English 1-3 years of administrative or office coordination experience. Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills. Comfortable with office technology and tools (Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign/Canva, Trello, etc.). Friendly, professional appearance and courteous manner, strong presentation, and able to balance detailed admin work with creative projects. Benefits Paid time off- 120 hrs. (3 weeks) upon hire! 200 hrs. (5 weeks) after 5 years of service!
