We’re looking for a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our plant assets run efficiently, reliably, and safely. In this role, you’ll champion predictive maintenance, reduce downtime, and lead improvements that directly impact production and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with production, sanitation, and engineering teams, leveraging data, root cause analysis, and technical expertise to deliver lasting solutions. Lead and establish a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) team to reduce downtime and boost efficiency. Audit and improve preventive maintenance programs while developing and tracking performance metrics. Champion the transition from reactive to predictive maintenance, using data-driven strategies. Provide engineering support for process improvements, spare parts, and equipment optimization. Partner with equipment manufacturers to implement innovative upgrades and process enhancements. Ensure compliance with standards for manuals, safety protocols, and spare parts. Identify and manage capital projects, from equipment replacement to new production line support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reliability strategies with business goals. What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

5+ years in an industrial manufacturing environment (Food & Beverage preferred). 2+ years in maintenance, reliability, or industrial engineering. Hands-on experience with CMMS systems. Proficiency with CAD software

(SolidWorks/AutoCAD

preferred).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with mechanical aptitude.

Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team environments.
