Competitive compensation package Full-time, onsite role in Rincon, GA Work with cross-functional engineering teams on innovative wiring system designs Weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card Eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) through The Reserves Network Job Description As a Wiring Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical wiring systems, including harnesses and connectors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness while supporting prototype builds, testing, and production troubleshooting. Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical wiring systems, including harnesses and connectors Create and maintain wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs using Zuken, CATIA, and AutoCAD Electrical Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and quality teams Conduct design reviews and support prototype build and testing activities Work with suppliers to select components and ensure manufacturability Troubleshoot and resolve wiring-related issues during development and production Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred) Experience in wiring harness design and development, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or industrial sectors Strong understanding of electrical components, connectors, and grounding considerations Familiarity with DFMEA, DVP&R, and other validation methodologies Bilingual skills preferred (English/Korean) Benefits and Perks
