Machinist/Programmer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled with precision machining, and confident in both setup and programming. This role involves producing high-quality parts, optimizing processes, and ensuring accuracy from start to finish. Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes (with and without live tooling) to machine precision components. Program from print to part using
Mastercam . Optimize machining processes for improved efficiency and productivity. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed. Inspect and measure completed parts to ensure they meet specifications using precision instruments. Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow, safety, and quality standards. Qualifications
5+ years of machining experience
(CNC lathe experience preferred). Proficiency in programming with
Mastercam . Strong knowledge of machine tools and precision measuring instruments. Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation or willingness to relocate to Cedar Park, TX before starting work. Schedule
8-hour day shift
