Job Description The General Manager will oversee all aspects of condominium operations, including:
Leading a team of 3 plus maintenance, security, housekeeping and valet.
Managing day-to-day operations, finances, maintenance, and vendor relations.
Ensuring compliance with governing documents, laws, and regulations.
Guiding and supporting the Board of Directors in achieving their goals for the community.
Balancing differing viewpoints among board members with diplomacy, patience, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the property’s 50-Year Recertification process, including major projects such as the garage, pool deck, interior hallways, entertainment room, and parking restructuring.
Serve as both administrator and mediator — requiring a “hands-on” management style and the ability to navigate complex board dynamics.
Maintain strong relationships with residents, staff, vendors, and contractors while ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
Ideal Candidate:
A go-getter with a thick skin who thrives in challenging environments.
Experienced in condominium/HOA management (CAM license preferred).
Strong leader with proven success in staff management, project oversight, and financial administration.
Excellent communicator who can balance assertiveness with tact.
Full-Time Compensation: $95K-$105K DOE
