Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Assistant Chief Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in
Plumbing, HVAC, Painting, Minor Electrical, and Drywall . Prior experience working in a
high-rise condominium environment
is highly preferred. This role supports the Chief Engineer in maintaining the property’s building systems, ensuring resident satisfaction, and upholding safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chief Engineer in the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and repair of building systems.
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct minor repairs in painting, drywall, and other general building upkeep.
Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Assist in overseeing vendor work and contractors to ensure quality and timely completion.
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of maintenance activities.
Provide exceptional service and support to residents and staff.
Full-Time
Pay rate: $30-$32 DOE
