is seeking
HUMINT Analysts
to assist USSOCOM in conducting HUMINT and intelligence missions. The Contractor shall provide all necessary specialized non-personal labor, materiel, and services to support USSOCOM Staff in HUMINT planning and execution, including data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting, as well as adaptive planning to identify knowledge and capability (or training) shortfalls. This support includes assisting in the integration, synchronization, and prioritization of HUMINT missions, operations, activities, and actions to ensure compliance with DoD guidance while achieving operational objectives. Specialized expertise is required to help identify and develop prudent Courses of Action (COAs) to resolve emergent HUMINT issues, determine priorities, employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit of HUMINT operations, and ensure activities comply with applicable laws, policies, and guidance. Required Qualifications: A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in HUMINT operations within an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a non-DoD equivalent IA operational community or unit. At least five (5) years of experience in Collection Management and all-source analysis, with two (2) years in a managerial role supporting HUMINT programs and analysis. Advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, HVI Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Patterns of Life Analysis. Proficiency in databases such as HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting, GCOMS, CRATE, and CHROME. Strong knowledge of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT analysis. Expertise in applying tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex HUMINT information.
