is seeking
HUMINT Operations Integrators
to support USSOCOM in conducting HUMINT and intelligence missions. The Contractor shall provide specialized non-personal labor, materiel, and services to assist USSOCOM Staff in HUMINT planning and execution, including data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting. Support also includes adaptive planning to identify knowledge and capability gaps and training needs. The role involves helping the USSOCOM Staff to integrate, synchronize, and prioritize HUMINT missions and activities, ensuring compliance with DoD guidance while achieving operational objectives. Expertise is required to develop prudent courses of action (COAs) for emergent HUMINT issues, determine priorities, employ technical knowledge for the long-term benefit of HUMINT operations, and ensure activities comply with laws and policies. Required Qualifications: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in HUMINT operations within an Intelligence Task Force, National Intelligence Support Team, National Military Joint Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or a similar community. At least five (5) years of experience in collection management, all-source analysis, and reporting, with two (2) years in a managerial role supporting HUMINT programs, and one (1) combat overseas tour supporting HUMINT analysis. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to brief HUMINT-related matters clearly at all command levels. Expert knowledge of HUMINT theory, doctrine, regulations, systems, and methodologies, with the ability to integrate HUMINT analysis, collection, operations, and counterintelligence. Proficiency in applying tradecraft, tools, and methods for collecting and analyzing complex HUMINT information. Deep understanding of HUMINT Collection Management, including evaluation, protection, and dissemination of raw intelligence, aligned with SOC standards. Expertise in HUMINT risk assessment and procedural recommendations.
