Rolling Hills Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to oversee sales efforts for the Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Kenwood. This position requires a proactive, results-driven individual with exceptional leadership, communication, and sales skills. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy for the property. Mentor a sales coordinator by providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (group and transient), corporate clients, and local businesses to drive business and secure long-term partnerships. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborate to create promotional campaigns, packages, and initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness. Represent the property at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotels and generate leads. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue and booking trends, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue potential. Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures across all sales activities. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable plans. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Hilton, Marriott systems). Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
